Project Scope & Timeline
- All projects begin with a detailed scope document and timeline
- Changes to project scope may affect timeline and cost
- We provide regular progress updates and milestone deliverables
- Client approval is required at key project milestones
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements
- Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Work may be suspended for overdue payments
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project, except for:
- Pre-existing proprietary tools and frameworks
- Third-party libraries and open-source components
- General methodologies and best practices
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality through Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and protect all client information, including:

- Technical specifications and source code

- Any information marked as confidential
Service Warranty
- We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care
- We provide bug fixes and corrections for delivered software for an agreed period
- We maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted solutions
- 24/7 support is available for critical issues
Limitations
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that software will be error-free or meet all performance expectations in every environment. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Provide necessary access to systems and resources
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by DeomCorp
- Use delivered software in compliance with applicable laws
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeomCorp's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Project Termination
- Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice
- Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to termination date
- We will deliver all completed work and transfer ownership as agreed
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in illegal activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
- Binding arbitration if mediation fails
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
